Sansone’s Bistro opened in July 2004.

It is Chef Robert Sansone’s idea of what “Dining” should be.

Chef Robert is an East Coast transplant from Rochester, NY. Growing up in a large Italian family good food and good times was a way of life. Professionally trained at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI, Sansone embarked on a culinary adventure starting in Denver CO at The Brown Palace Hotel. Over the years Chef Robert has developed his own culinary style working with a variety of world cuisine including, French, South American, German, and, of course, Grandma’s Italian. The product of over 15 years experience comes together at Sansone’s Bistro.

A true, family owned business, Sansone’s Bistro is dedicated to providing the entire dining experience; Chef Robert is joined by his wife Erica, your hostess and event planner, as well as a professional and dedicated staff.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday’s.
